Beautiful Inspiration

My current mood board for our master ensuite..

Images - Alkemie Blog, The White Company via Nest Blog, Classy & Fabulous Blog, Decorology Blog, Tongue in Cheek, Escapade, Home Blog

I've been tagged for a little blog game of questions & answers, so here they are..

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

New York or London. Or I could be happy any place with a view of the beautiful Strezlecki Ranges in country Victoria.

Your favourite band?

Whenever I am asked what my favourite anything is, I can never narrow it down to one. I love so many different bands and artists from Beastie Boys and Run DMC to John Denver..

If you could be someone else for a day, who would it be?

One of my children, to get an objective view of myself as a mother. That, or a Broadway star..

Concert or a Broadway show?

Definitely Broadway (see above). We're off to see Mary Poppins at the end of July, very excited!

Theme song for life?

Pocketful of Sunshine (Natasha Bedingfield).

Would you choose a fancy dinner at a nice restaurant or a picnic in the park?

Picnic in the park, hands down. I love being outside..

Favourite place to shop?

New York.

Your favourite movie?

Seabiscuit. "You don't throw away a whole life just 'cause he's banged up a little".

I think the following have not been tagged yet, so if you would like to join in the game..

Simone at Honey and Fizz
Briohny at French Doors and Verandahs
Olivia at Our Windy Spot

Great to read oyur answers and get to know you a little bit more. I was only reading the other day that Mary Poppins is being made into a musical - I'm really hoping it comes to Perth as I'd love to see it. Anne of Green Gables is my all time favourite movie - I didn't put it on my list because silly me thought it was a mini-series, but I guess that's still a movie :) Your ensuite inspiration board looks lovely! x

Love your mood board, especially the pic of the grey sideboard with white towels.
Great answers too. That would be interesting to see ourselves through the eyes of our children.

How fun to learn more about you. Great Q&A tag. Thanks for sharing!

Am with you on London (I did live there for 8 years) and NY (so wish I had taken the plunge when I had the chance.. wouldn't go there now with kids..). So wise to chose to be one of your children for a day to review one's mothering style and quality. And how confrontational. One for the genie!
I too would choose picnic over fancy restaurant!

Great reading love.

P.s. the flea markets in europe rock!!

Oh how lovely! I have been tagged! No idea what to do but I will work it out! Thanks for thinking of me!

I too love Anne of Green Gables! I have the mini series on DVD a birthday gift from my sister who had it imported from Canada (years ago). Still thinking about your laundry! It's so amazing. Hope you are surviving this hideous Melboune weather. Feel like I haven't left the house for days! (and no husband, putting the bin out does not count!).
X Briohny.
